How do you translate Pinterest’s brand and advertising potential into a tangible experience that resonates with key decision-makers in the German market? For Inspired Deutschland 2019, the goal was to create a visually compelling B2B conference that celebrated Pinterest’s Ads business expansion while reinforcing its platform as an essential marketing tool.

APPROACH

As Art Director and Design Lead, I developed the visual and spatial direction, ensuring the experience was both immersive and brand-driven. The design system was inspired by Pinterest’s core mechanics—using circles and scale to represent ideas both big and small, mirroring how users refine concepts through Pins. The creative language played with negative space, color blocking, and tactile materials to reinforce the theme of building ideas on Pinterest.
